Infrastructure New Zealand, in partnership with WSP, are pleased to present Scaling digital progress towards a national twin on Thursday 21 March.
Progress towards full adoption of digitisation to drive higher productivity in the infrastructure sector is fragmented. New Zealand has developed individual digital solutions capable of scaling nationally, but ingrained and archaic funding and procurement practices and a lack of collaboration between the public and private sectors make accessing these solutions difficult. Progress to address these issues has been siloed by a lack of coordinated governance and vision for greater scale.
This event provides an opportunity for the sector to come together to discuss the way forward. The discussion will focus on the potential for a national digital twin and the work underway to unlock the value of the data which underpins these solutions.
