Infrastructure New Zealand's networks, The Infrastructure Collective (TIC) and Women's Infrastructure Network (WIN), are proud to present our event series Building Successful Mentoring Relationships. We are holding our Wellington event on Tuesday 8 April at 5:00pm, hosted by RCP.
Bringing together professionals at all career stages, this event series will explore the value of mentorship from both the mentor and mentee perspectives. Our panelists will share their experiences, insights, and key learnings on what makes a mentoring relationship successful and how it has shaped their careers.
The discussion will highlight the role of mentoring in career development, leadership growth, and navigating industry challenges. Attendees will gain practical takeaways on fostering meaningful mentor-mentee connections, overcoming common hurdles, and leveraging mentorship for long-term success.
As we prepare to launch the 2025 TIC Mentoring Programme in May, this is a great opportunity to learn more about what’s involved in both mentoring and being mentored, how to make the most of the experience, and how to register as a mentor or mentee for the upcoming programme.
